For your convenience, 5L-2F offers delivery 6 days a week with 2 delivery slots a day. Delivery is by appointment, Monday – Saturday, 10am-12noon, 3pm-5pm.
Our delivery team will do their best to meet the agreed timing. However, should there be any unforeseeable delay out of our reasonable control and your delivery needs to be rescheduled, we will notify our customers in advance. 5L-2F is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or other damage suffered by you due to delay or rescheduling.
5L-2F only delivers to locations in Singapore. We are happy to accept orders from all over the world provided customers arrange own courier/shipping. For more details, please see Overseas Ordering below.
If full payment has not been received by 9am or 2pm on the day of scheduled delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled and a re-delivery charge of S$60.00 will apply.
Delivery of goods is free for all purchases above S$1,000.00. Purchases below S$1,000.00 should be self-collected from our Showcase. Alternatively, we can deliver for a charge of S$60.00, please contact us if you would prefer this option.
Customers or their appointed representatives are responsible for checking the condition of all goods before accepting delivery. Any issues should be recorded on the Delivery Order. In signing the Delivery Order, customers are acknowledging that items have been received in good order and are not faulty or damaged.
Should there be no one to receive a delivery at the agreed scheduled time, our staff will contact you and reschedule the delivery. A re-delivery charge of S$60.00 will apply. Should there be any issues with your goods arising during or after delivery, please see “After we deliver”.
5L-2F provide In-Home Delivery service.
Items are brought into Customer’s home, unpacked and assembled by our delivery team. They will remove all packaging. This does not include the hanging of mirrors or re positioning of furniture around the purchased item. 5L-2F delivery team are not responsible for the removal and/or disposal of used furniture and other items from the customer’s premises.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery pathways are clear, that there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery – this includes clearance through hallways, elevators, and the room itself. Our delivery team will only deliver through main entrances and doorways, not through windows or rooftops. If there are any stairways or if the elevator is too small, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform 5L-2F at time of scheduling delivery.
Additional fees may apply if goods need to be carried up any stairs. Providing this service is subject to the discretion of 5L-2F and our delivery team. We will not deliver goods in any way that might risk the safety of our team or the integrity of the items. Should delivery not be possible due to difficulty of access and re-delivery be required, a re-delivery charge of S$60.00 will apply.
5L-2F will take all care to deliver furniture in the safest way possible and will not be held responsible for damage to floors or carpets if they are not sufficiently protected.
5L-2F will only deliver furniture to a shipping agent or courier in mainland Singapore for customer’s onward arrangement to ship items to their overseas destination.
On signing for goods at the point of collection/delivery, customers//courier agent shall, upon inspection, confirm that the goods have been delivered satisfactorily, and in good order. In signing the Delivery Order, there shall be no further liability on 5L-2F.
Storage of goods is subject to space availability.
If storage of purchased items is required for longer than one month, a storage fee of 5% of the goods value will be charged per week.
